I launched Monique Dillon Yarn in 2021, when I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to jump into creating my own brand of hand dyed yarn for the store Needle & Hook, which sadly closed it's physical store in 2024.  

It was at this time that I decided to create my own website, and began attending markets.  One of my fave places that you will occasionally find me is at the Queenstown Market!

It has been an amazing experience getting to learn this skill, and my favourite part of it is getting to create unique colours on beautiful yarn bases, that then bring joy to people as they get to make something special with them.
